Find two websites about your historical figure. Throughly read the website to gain a better insight of the person. Then record the URL or web address on your paper and three new facts that you learned from each website.

Presentation Score Sheet

Your presentation will be scored by three peers and by myself. You will be scored on the following seven areas: preparedness, content, costume, speaks clearly, 1st person dialog, vocabulary, posture and eye contact.

Your peers scores will be averaged for a total of 28 points, and my score will be worth 56 points.

Choosing Your Historical Figure


Scan through the textbook and identify three historical figures who you would be interested in presenting a 2-4 minute first person presentation on.

Once you have read about your choices, you will post your choices onto your class period blog.

The following the example is the information that you need to post:

Historical Figure: Sir Isaac Newton
Years of Life: 1643-1727
Historical Accomplishment: Formulated laws of universal gravitation and motion.

Each choice is worth 3 points, your entire entry is worth 9 points.
